A river table is a broad term for a table constructed using a combination of live edge wood slabs and epoxy resin. The creative possibilities are endless, so a river table can be whatever you want it to be!
The length of your project depends on the type of piece you are commissioning, its size, and scope. While every piece is different and we can’t rush perfection, on average:
- Custom woodwork takes 1-4 weeks to construct
- Resin river pieces take 3-4 weeks to construct
- Tree-to-table pieces can take up to 5 months or more to construct
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of wood types and resin colors. During the consultation phase, you can specify your preferences to ensure the final product meets your vision.
Beyond selecting your wood species and epoxy colors, we offer several ways to personalize your piece. From adding an inlaid message, hand print, company logo, or a custom fabricated metal base–if you can dream it, we can build it!
All Resin River Studio pieces are designed to last. There are a wide variety of finishes available from more natural, to nearly indestructible, depending on your preference and how you plan to use your piece.

Resin river pieces require minimal maintenance. Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Avoid using harsh chemicals, and keep the surface away from extreme heat to preserve the finish.
Yes, in most cases, resin river pieces can be repaired. If your piece suffers any damage, please contact us for an assessment and we will guide you through the repair options available.
